Newlette Coins is an addictive HTML5 game built using Phaser.js and Spring Framework. Collaborated with a team of 6 to develop this game for our client CrazyCoolApps LLC. Primarily played the role of Requirements Engineer and UX Designer. Received incredible feedback on the game from project stakeholders and also attracted potential initial round of investors for the client.

SEARCH ENGINE WITH AUTO COMPLETE, SPELL CHECK AND SPELL CORRECTION

Utilized crawler4j, an open source web crawler to crawl the New York Times and BBC News web pages using multi threaded crawlers. Indexed the 2 web pages using Apache Solr. Ranked the crawled data using Solr-Apache Lucene and PageRank algorithm and compared the 2 ranking strategies for relevancy.
